Together, we’ll collaborate with the local community and paint a mural in a shared courtyard—creating an exchange of ideas, techniques, and cultures. It’s not just about creating a piece of work; it’s about expanding each artist’s practice, building connections, and learning directly from the people and traditions that make Fez so unique. The experience will be mutually beneficial—offering the visiting artists new perspectives while giving local participants the chance to explore mural-making and to engage with a group of multidisciplinary artists with backgrounds in printmaking, animation, film, painting, woodwork and sculpture.
To make this happen, I’m funding the trip by pre-selling a limited edition zine which will be created once I return from Fez.
The zine will document the whole week, the mural painting, the five artists collaborative experience.
The price will increase to £25 on the 3rd May and will increase again to £30 once we return from Fez on the 10th May.
Expected delivery approximately mid June to allow time for printing and delivery.
